So, I've decided to cut down on the number of websites I run, mainly because they're bankrupting me.
From now on, I'll be incorporating all my websites into just 2 sites, namely this one, and my other, mainly cycling related site. Similar sites, but different.
Among the other websites I run is for watching TV shows and tech support articles and a few smaller sites which I'll probably just abandon.
So, look out for changes to the website in the upcoming weeks. I'll also be leaving a note on the front page when I've made a significant change.

So I realise it's been a while since I last posted - 2 months, but I've been busy with...erm...stuff. Been on holiday for 3 weeks to South Africa and unfortunately broadband isn't so freely available as here in the UK.
I have been thinking about what I can post on here though, and I've hardly thought of a single thing. The only worthy post would be a recipe I found, once again, on leangains.com. It's perfect for the would-be dieter. This quick fix meal has the highest rate of satiety. It's protein fluff and it's f*cking delicious.
